The Plaza Mayor of Trinidad. It is the heart of the Historical Urban Center of Trinidad; It is limited by the streets Real del Jigüe, Cristo and Desengaño. Surrounded by remarkable residences the Plaza Mayor de Trinidad; It has reached the present as it was configured in the mid-nineteenth century, when the recreation park was inaugurated (1856 - 1857), the conservation of the urban environment endorses the sense of time, place and authenticity of such a remarkable site.

For several decades it has been called Plaza Mayor, and some of its original components have been restored, among them: decorative ceramic cups, cast iron benches, lanterns for lighting, gardens, etc.
