Description

It is a construction of the 50s in the residential neighborhood Boves (Latin America). At Casa Yaneva you can choose between three rooms equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold water, refrigerator, private bathroom, change of sheets and wifi.

Two of them are on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people distributed in a personal bed and a double bed. The other one is on the first level and has a double bed.

The common areas at your disposal are the garden, the portal, the interior patio, the living room, the lobby, the restaurant and the covered terrace. Parking is available only 80 m away on another family property.

Your security and that of your belongings are guaranteed by a system of perimeter alarms and security boxes in each of the rooms. You can request dinner, lunch and breakfast a la carte. You can also choose the laundry service, as well as organized excursions in the urban circuit, the beach or natural attractions.

Casa Yaneva is very close to the area of ​​the city declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity, just five minutes on foot.
