The Yumurí River in Baracoa is one of the most valuable landscape sites. It is located 30 km east of the primate city of Baracoa, has an extension of 54.2 km, from its birth in Imias to its mouth in the town of Yumurí, on the north coast of the province of Guantánamo, it is part of the Toa Blade.

The Yumurí River has a great canyon 200 meters high, an extraordinary beauty that borders the river on both sides covered with green vegetation.

With a 250-meter navigable course, the Yumurí River in Baracoa is very popular and visited by national and foreign tourists who arrive in the city of Baracoa, due to its attractive natural elements that combine its calm waters, its lavish flora and fauna, its huge walls and cliffs, which can be observed closely due to boat rides, walks and hiking.
