Our house is located in the old part of Santa Clara.
Remodeled in 1906 on the floor of a colonial house that is inserted into the space system of traditional Cuban home. He has extensive interior corridors bordering a courtyard garden with a fountain and a pergola eight columns originating from the time of construction. The House meets in the rooms comfort and elegance of a modern building in the eclectic way in the first decades of the twentieth century.
It is located 100m Central Park Leoncio Vidal. The house has a total area of 407mts square with its original flooring, woodwork and decorated. It is of interest to visitors to the top of their roofs (6.00mts) with its original hand-crafted designs. According to historians of the city was the first reinforced concrete ceiling that one is aware in Santa Clara, and it is speculated that the marble and steel used in its construction was transported in the same order of the Capitol of Havana.
